2. Purpose

The purpose of this document is to establish the Terms and Conditions of Use of the website www.125.iberdrola.com (hereinafter the "Website").

The Website, which is private in nature, is for informational purposes and aims to provide its users with information about the history of Iberdrola and the main events scheduled to be held during 2026 to mark the company’s 125th anniversary.

The contents of the Website are the property of Iberdrola, which has obtained the corresponding authorisations, both from the point of view of intellectual and industrial property and data protection.

3. Conditions of access and use of the Website

Use of the Website implies full and unreserved acceptance by the User of each and every one of these Terms of Use.

Consequently, it is not permitted to delete, circumvent or manipulate the copyright notice and any other data identifying the rights of Iberdrola or its respective owners included in the contents of the Website.

All intellectual and industrial property rights are reserved and, in particular, it is prohibited to modify, copy, reuse, exploit, reproduce, transform, publicly communicate, make second or subsequent publications, upload or download files, send by mail, transmit, use, process or distribute in any way all or part of the contents of the Website, without the express written authorisation of Iberdrola or, where applicable, the owner of the rights.

Iberdrola does not guarantee and is not liable for damages of any kind arising from the following circumstances:

9. Duration and termination

The provision of the services and/or content of the Website is indefinite. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Iberdrola is entitled to unilaterally terminate, suspend or interrupt, at any time and without prior notice, the use of this Website and/or any of its services.

10. General

In the event that any point of these Terms of Use and Legal Notice is considered null and void or inapplicable, such nullity or inapplicability shall not affect the rest of the content.

11. English translation

All information and documentation available in the English version of this website is provided for informational purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between the content of the English version and the original Spanish version, the latter shall prevail.

12. Applicable jurisdiction and legislation

These Terms of Use and Legal Notice shall be governed by Spanish law.

In the event of any discrepancy or dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms of Use, Legal Notice or the content of the Website in general, Iberdrola and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the User's domicile. In the event that the User is domiciled outside Spain, Iberdrola and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao (Bizkaia).
